Tips For Preventing Sleep Deprivation

1. Limit caffeine in the afternoon and evening
2. Make it a priority to schedule regular sleep hours - 6-8 hours of sleep is the goal 
3. Limit phone calls and visitors during your scheduled sleeping hours
4. Turn off social media apps during your scheduled sleep
5. Make your sleeping area as dark as possible - wear dark glasses or eye covers
    if needed
6. Avoid bright lights or excessive screen time prior to your scheduled sleep hours
7. Block sunlight if sleeping during daylight hours
8. Eat frequent healthy meals
9. Participate in regular exercise
